Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) 

Salary: $30 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully prepare and cut meats according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all meats are properly trimmed, portioned, and stored.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher station.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a butcher or similar role preferred.
  • Proficient in meat-cutting techniques and equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of different meat types and cuts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Job Title: Chief For : Indian Cuisine

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week 

Salary: $23 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of Indian cuisine preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and create authentic Indian recipes while ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Train kitchen staff on Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special dishes.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred.

Salary: $20 per hour

Location: Pind Balluchi Restaurant


Duties:

  • Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking methods, portion control, and sanitation practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Oversee kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient kitchen operation.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a chef or line cook, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Prior experience working as a Tandoori Chef in a similar setting.
  • Proficiency in operating Tandoor oven and grilling techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices and flavors.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
